Once installed, the Bizaar management system can be accessed from any of your sites.
A market cannot exist without traders. The trader management aspect of Bizaar permits the market manager to assign pitches and stalls, add recurring charges, manage what traders are licensed to sell and much more, with just a handful of clicks.
Bizaar also allows you to attach photographs and documents to a trader, track who has insurance and view previous invoices.
We know cash is king when it comes to markets. We also know that more and more markets are moving to a cashless operation.

Bizaar's cash collection feature allows you to provide your traders with a full and audited history of charges raised and payments made. Bizaar can automatically assign charges to traders every week, or assign charges based on what pitch they occupy.
Bizaar's invoicing module was developed to cater for the growing number of markets who do not collect cash. The invoice feature allows you to generate electronic or paper invoices, customised with your markets details and authority logo.

The mobile section of Bizaar isaimed towards market collectors and compliancy officers walking around and interacting with traders. We use Windows Mobile devices for data collection, and Zebra MZ220s for receipt printing.

Bizaar comes pre configured with several key reports covering occupancy, attendance and revenue. Additional custom reports can be purchased separately or provided at the time of purchase.
Bizaar was always designed to be flexible, but it wasn't until our customers started using the system that we realised just how flexible it turned out to be. We have learned a lot from our customers about how Bizaar works and what it can do and we integrate this information back into our own training, documentation and support.
Our support packages offer software updates, telephone support and additional reports. In addition we are happy to liaise with your IT department before, during and after the procurement and installation process.
We provide a standard training package with each Bizaar purchase. Our standard package can be customised to suit your specific needs. We also provide a separate version of the software just for training; this is accessible at any time and does not affect any live data.
Bizaar was designed to minimise hassle for IT Departments. We use Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 as our data store and ASP.Net for our management system. We understand the security concerns of local authorities and we are confident we can meet the stringent requirements for data security.
When we started we had three pricing tiers, we thought it was that simple, it wasn't. We now know that trying to categorise all of the UK's markets into three distinct categories is close to impossible; so we dropped the tiers. Our pricing is now based on the individual requirements of a market operator.
